At HealthX Labs, we are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders placed through our website healthxlab.com.

1. Order Processing

• All confirmed orders are processed within 0–1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
• You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with your Order ID once your order has been placed successfully.
• Free shipping on all orders.

2. Shipping Timelines

Our delivery timeline ranges from 0 to 10 days, depending on the destination and courier performance.

• Minimum Transit Time: 0 days
• Maximum Transit Time: 10 days

3. Delivery Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Xpressbees, and India Post (for remote locations).

You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is provided on all orders, without any minimum order value.

5. COD Fee (Separate Handling Fee)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select pin codes.
• A flat COD handling fee of 50 ₹ applies.
• This is a service/handling fee and not a shipping charge.

6. International Shipping

We currently ship only within India.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

You can track your shipment via the “Track My Order” page on our website or directly through the courier’s website.

8. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

If the order is not delivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal:

• Refunds for returned orders will be processed after deducting applicable charges, if any.
• COD orders will be re-shipped only against advance payment.

9. Delays & Force Majeure

HealthX Labs is not liable for delays resulting from:

• Courier delays beyond our control
• Strikes, lockdowns, weather disruptions, natural disasters
• Government restrictions or force majeure events

We will keep you informed and assist you in tracking your package.

10. Damaged or Missing Products

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@healthxlab.com with photos/videos.

Claims raised after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

11. Address & Contact Accuracy

Customers must provide a correct and complete shipping address.

HealthX Labs will not be responsible for delays, non-delivery, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
