This Refunds & Returns Policy explains when we accept returns, how refunds are processed, and the conditions under which products can be returned or replaced.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By ordering from our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be satisfied, but please note that our products are food supplements. For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned unless there is a verified quality issue.
You may be eligible for a return or refund if:
- The product was received in damaged condition or has manufacturing defects.
- You received the wrong product.
- You received a product that is past its expiry date.
- You wish to return an unopened, sealed product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
2. Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns if:
- The product seal has been broken or the product has been opened/used.
- The product was purchased during a clearance sale or marked “Non-returnable”.
- The return request is raised after 30 days of delivery.
- The product was damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage after delivery.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery at:

- Order ID and invoice copy.
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- Reason for return (damage, wrong product, expiry, etc.).
Our support team will review your request within 48 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product), we will arrange pickup or reimburse your return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a customer decision (unopened product return within 30 days), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, net banking).
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- If payment was made via COD, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (customer must provide bank details).
6. Replacements & Exchanges
- If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we can issue a replacement at no additional cost.
- If the requested product is out of stock, you may choose an exchange for another product of equal value or request a full refund.
7. Subscription Orders
For subscription/auto-renewal orders:
- Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
- Refunds are not issued for subscription orders already processed and shipped.
8. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under the conditions above.
9. Chargebacks & Fraud
- Filing a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us may delay resolution.
- We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and blacklist accounts engaged in abuse.
